When can I expect to receive the goods I have ordered?

Orders placed before 12 noon on a weekday will be shipped the same weekday as far as possible. Orders placed after 12 noon or during the weekend and on Sundays and public holidays will be shipped the next business day. You will receive a track&trace number for GLS and Dao in your order confirmation, so you can keep track of how far your package is.

Can I add something to an order I just placed?

If you remember that you forgot something in your first order, you will need to place a new order with what you forgot. If you contact us with the 2 order numbers, we will try to ship them together to save you shipping, but we cannot promise anything. They work very quickly in our warehouse.

Can I order an item that is out of stock?

You can sign up for an item that is out of stock. Enter your email and you will be notified when the item is back in stock.

Can I pre-order an item?

If you need a lot, the answer is yes. Contact us by email and find out more.

Is your payment solution secure?

Yes, the payment solution at www.puslespilsbutikken.dk is secure. You can see this by the small green padlock next to our web address in your browser. Payment with, for example, Dankort and Visakort takes place via a secured page, and all communication between our payment system and you as the cardholder takes place via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). Only Nets has access to data regarding the payment.

Quiz games from Box Quiz are a popular series of quiz questions for adults. We use the name for a series of small quiz games, including in metal boxes, that have in common that they are in Danish, have simple rules, are easy to carry in your pocket or bag and are quick to play. How many quiz questions are there in a quiz game from Box Quiz for adults?

There are 50 quiz questions for adults and answers on a specific topic and a small booklet with very simple rules in each metal box from Box Quiz. The quiz answers are often spiced up with a little extra interesting information about the very specific topic that the question is about. How many quiz games have you made in the Box Quiz series for adults?

We have made approx. 95 different quiz games for adults in Danish and approx. 40 quiz games in other languages. The topics in the quiz games range from COFFEE to ART and from CHEESE to WORDS. Please note that some quiz game titles are sold out. If you are looking for a specific title and cannot find it in our webshop, please send us an email. We have some titles left in such small quantities that they are not listed in our webshop.

In addition, we have created a series of quiz games from Box Quiz for corporate customers about their specific company, history, products, etc.

How many games from Box Quiz are there for children?

There are 10 different small learning games in our children's series. Most of the small learning games are about reading, learning the letters of the alphabet and doing small calculations and especially remembering. All games are about training overview and having fun.

Are the children's games also quiz games like the adult quiz games?

No, the children's games in the Box Quiz series are learning and activation games. They are about, for example, remembering flags from many countries and practicing numbers or letters. We also have some fun card games for 2, which can be played by both adults and children. See the full selection of games for children here.

How do you come up with topics for quiz games from Box Quiz?

We are inspired by what is happening around us in society and everyday life. These include both small and narrow topics such as CHEESE and large and broad topics such as NORDIC FOOD, POWER (which is very much about politics) and CARS.

What should I do if I have a suggestion for a Box Quiz topic?

You are welcome to send us your suggestion for a new title for a quiz game by email. You can also call us first on 21393104. We will then have a chat about whether the topic is suitable for becoming a quiz game. Note: We do not pay royalties for ideas for topics, but if you would like to try to make questions and answers for an entire quiz, you can contact us first for a concrete agreement about a collaboration.
