At Puslespilsbutikken, you can choose to have your packages delivered with DAO or GLS. Packages are delivered to a parcel shop or to your home, depending on your choice, on all weekdays from Monday to Friday. If you choose home delivery with DAO, you can also have it delivered on Saturdays.
Sign up and get notified when a product is out of stock
All products on our website are in stock unless otherwise stated. It may happen that a product is out of stock. In that case, you can sign up to be notified when the product is back in stock. Remember, if you receive our newsletters but unsubscribe from them, you will no longer receive notifications about out-of-stock items that you are waiting for.
We do not set aside products at Puslespilsbutikken. You can buy online, and then you are welcome to pick it up yourself in the store once you have received an email notification.
To make delivery as flexible as possible for you, you can choose between several different shipping methods:
Delivery from DKK 38 for orders under DKK 498.95
Free delivery to a parcel shop for orders from DKK 499 and up
Delivery to a business address DKK 79,-
Delivery with GLS private address from DKK 79,- (free for purchases over DKK 899,-)
Delivery to a parcel shop
If you choose delivery with DAO or GLS to a parcel shop, you can choose a shop near where you live and pick up your package there. DAO has 550 parcel shops distributed throughout Denmark, so there is not far from you to your nearest parcel shop. GLS also has many parcel shops and certainly one near where you live.

Delivery of private and business packages takes place with GLS on weekdays between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. GLS sends an SMS/email with a message about when the package is expected to be delivered. The message will be sent to the SMS/email address you provided on the order. If you are not home to receive the package, you can, via the email from GLS, give permission to leave the package. If you are not home and do not manage to redirect/give permission to leave the package, it will instead be delivered to a parcel shop, where you can pick up the package within 10 business days. You will receive an SMS with information on where you can pick up your package.
Delivery to non-bridged islands: 2-4 business days
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES/FAILED PRIVATE DELIVERY
You cannot cancel your purchase simply by refusing to accept the item or by failing to pick up your package without simultaneously giving us clear notice of this. In case of return to us of unclaimed packages or failed delivery, the actual shipping costs back and forth to you or the parcel shop, which we have been charged by the shipping company, will be deducted.
Any remaining amount on the order will be refunded to the card used for the purchase.
If a package is returned, not due to Puslespilsbutikken's own circumstances, e.g., because you did not pick up the package at the parcel shop, and you still wish to have the item delivered, Puslespilsbutikken is also entitled to charge you for the additional cost of reshipment.
