When can I expect to receive the items I have ordered?
We usually send your order on the same weekday if possible. Orders placed after 12 PM or during weekends and on Sundays and public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. You will receive a track & trace number for GLS and Dao in your order confirmation, so you can follow the progress of your package yourself.
Which jigsaw puzzle should I start with?
Start with a motif you truly like and choose between 500–1000 pieces. This makes it more fun and manageable. You can always choose a larger and perhaps even more difficult jigsaw puzzle at a later time. See all jigsaw puzzles with 1000 pieces here.
Are jigsaw puzzles only for children?
Not at all. Most of our jigsaw puzzles are made for adults who seek peace and immersion, but we also have many puzzles for children aged 1-10 years. See all children's puzzles HERE.
What if I lose interest along the way?
It happens sometimes. Often, it's about the motif. Did you choose it yourself? The right motif makes you more eager to continue. Perhaps pack up the puzzle, choose a different puzzle motif and maybe also a different number of pieces, and give puzzling another chance.
Can I exchange or return a jigsaw puzzle?
Yes, unopened jigsaw puzzles can be returned within the return period upon presentation of a receipt. Read our rules HERE.
Can I send jigsaw puzzles as a gift?
Absolutely. You can send directly to the recipient by entering the recipient's address as the delivery address.
What makes the Jigsaw Puzzle Store different?

Do you have jigsaw puzzles with large pieces?
Yes, we have XL pieces for easier handling and shorter, cozy puzzling experiences. Puzzles with XL pieces can be done by both children and adults. Choose puzzles with XL pieces here.
Can I get help choosing a jigsaw puzzle?
Yes, write to us! We'd be happy to guide you to something you'll love assembling. You can also start by looking at Penny Puzzle HERE. It's our own puzzle brand, and many people start by assembling one of our own puzzles.
Can I order an item that is out of stock?
You can sign up for an item that is out of stock. Enter your email, and you will be notified when the item is back in stock.
Is your payment solution secure?
Yes, the payment solution at www.puslespilsbutikken.dk is secure. You can see this by the small green padlock next to our web address in your browser. Payments with, for example, Dankort and Visacard are made via a secure page, and all communication between our payment system and you as the cardholder takes place via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). Only Nets has access to data regarding the payment.

Yes, Puslespilsbutikken is e-marked. The e-mark is your guarantee that we act properly, comply with applicable regulations in Denmark, and that our online shop has been reviewed and approved by the e-mark's lawyers.
