www.boxquiz.dk (www.puslespilsbutikken.dk) is a Danish online webshop with beautiful puzzles, owned and operated by handmadeliving ApS, Anna Queens Stræde 5A, 3000 Helsingør, CVR 35382968. The sales and delivery terms apply to online purchases of goods on www.boxquiz.dk for delivery in Denmark. We also have a physical store in Helsingør. The store is called Puslespilsbutikken, located at Anna Queens Stræde 5a, entrance via the courtyard, in Helsingør, and it is the only puzzle store in Denmark. Items can only be exchanged in the store upon presentation of a receipt. Bank statements do not count as receipts.

NEWSLETTERS AND DISCOUNTS
Puslespilsbutikken sends out newsletters periodically either via email or SMS. You can subscribe to our newsletters on Facebook, Instagram, in competitions, and on the website. You can always unsubscribe from the newsletter at the bottom of our newsletters. Puslespilsbutikken reserves the right to change the terms for issued discount codes at any time. Discount codes can be used once unless otherwise specified. Free prints can be printed unlimitedly and are for personal use. If you have entered your email in connection with a purchase that you have not completed, you may receive reminders about your cart, but you will not receive our newsletters until you have actively agreed to receive newsletters from us. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
All prices are stated in DKK and include 25% VAT.
To shop at www.boxquiz.dk you must be 18 years old. All payments are made via Dankort, Mobilepay, Mastercard, etc.
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The money will be reserved on your card or account until:
1) We deduct the amount when we ship the item, or
2) the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer/Mobilepay.
You can read more about the rules for your specific card with your card issuer.
We do not charge card fees.
We only deduct payment when your items have been shipped from our warehouse. We can only deduct the amount you have approved or less and only once.
PAYMENT VIA EAN
If you are purchasing via an EAN number, remember to enter the EAN number in the comment field. The minimum amount for purchases via EAN is DKK 750 incl. VAT. You will then receive an electronic invoice within a few days. The email address you enter in the order must not be your private one but must be associated with the institution you are purchasing for.
After you have ordered goods from Puslespilsbutikken, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check your spam filter if the order confirmation has not appeared within a few hours.
DISCOUNT CODES
Occasionally, we send out a discount code, for example, in a newsletter. Discount codes apply to a limited number of products for a limited period, only for online purchases, and cannot be combined with other discount codes unless specifically stated.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES/FAILED PRIVATE DELIVERY
You cannot cancel your purchase simply by refusing to accept the item or by failing to pick up your package without simultaneously giving us clear notice of this. In case of return of uncollected packages or failed delivery, the actual shipping costs to and from you or the parcel shop, which we have been charged by the shipping company, will be deducted.
Any remaining amount on the order will be credited back to the card used for the purchase.
If a package is returned, not due to Puslespilsbutikken's own circumstances, for example, because you did not pick up the package at the parcel shop, and you still wish to have the item delivered, Puslespilsbutikken is also entitled to charge you the additional cost for re-shipment and the return shipping cost for the uncollected package.
RETURN POLICY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have a 30-day return policy and a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The right of return expires 30 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to return your purchase and 14 days to cancel and send the item back. You can send us an email or use the standard cancellation form at the bottom of the website.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item or failing to pick it up at the parcel shop. If you fail to pick up the package and then contact Puslespilsbutikken to exercise your right of withdrawal, we will deduct the actual costs of shipping and return from the amount you receive back.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to cancel and return one or more items, even if they were bought in the same order. Use the cancellation form at the bottom of the website.
Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.
Return
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the return of the package yourself, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport.
Condition of the item when you return it
If the item has lost value due to your use of it in a way that was not necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, or if it has been damaged on its way back to us, you can only get a partial refund of the purchase amount. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, it may mean that you can only get a refund for shipping costs.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging and that you are extra careful to protect it from shocks and pressure during transport.
If the original packaging is missing, the seal is broken, or parts of the packaging or the item are missing, it will result in a depreciation of the item, and you will therefore not be refunded the full amount.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund the payment received from you, however, not the delivery costs if you have paid for delivery according to www.forbrug.dk/regler/fortrydelsesret-og-returret, no later than 14 days from the day we received your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will return the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

We only accept packages sent directly to the address. Return packages must be sent directly to our store and only after prior agreement. We assume no responsibility for return packages sent to us without using the cancellation form. Return packages returned to a parcel shop, requiring us to pick them up ourselves, will incur a fee of DKK 100. This fee will be deducted from any refund.
COMPLAINTS
All items purchased on www.boxquiz.dk are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act's rules on a 24-month right to complain. The right to complain means that as a consumer, you can complain about defects and deficiencies in goods that have arisen within 24 months of receipt.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back, or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
The right to complain does not cover errors, damages, or wear and tear caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible.
You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If you return the item, please also state as detailed as possible what the problem is.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs for returning the item to us. Otherwise, you will bear all expenses for transport, including our shipping costs for returning the item after examination, and we may charge you an amount of up to DKK 200 for examining the item.
If you return items, it is your responsibility to ensure that the items are properly packaged. You are responsible for the packages until Puslespilsbutikken receives them. Therefore, keep the track and trace receipt.
DO YOU HAVE A CREDIT VOUCHER?
If you exchange one or more puzzles at Puslespilsbutikken, you will receive a credit voucher. This could be in the form of a discount code, for example. You can use the discount code to pay for new products at Puslespilsbutikken. Credit vouchers are not paid out in cash and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
PERSONAL DATA POLICY
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number, and email address.
We register and disclose the personal information necessary to deliver the goods to you.
Personal information is registered with Handmadeliving ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.

If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be, for example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we needed it. All image and text material on www.boxquiz.dk is protected by copyright law and may not be used in violation thereof. Violation may result in claims for injunctive relief as well as claims for compensation, remuneration, and damages. Furthermore, other rights under relevant intellectual property legislation, as well as rights under the Marketing Practices Act, are reserved.

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION
Purchases of goods on www.boxquiz.dk are subject to Danish law. Any dispute will be settled by the ordinary Danish courts.

To be able to complain, the item or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. However, for complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee for processing the complaint.
