Do you look at what other customers have written before you buy from a webshop? I do. Always.
That is why I ask all customers and you for reviews of your experiences, products, the store itself and what you and the other customers thought about shopping in my store as a whole.
Every time I send a package, I cross my fingers that you will be happy with what you have bought, because it will never be routine to ask for your opinion.
Several 1000 emails have been sent asking for reviews and I've gotten quite a few back. Every single time I am deeply grateful, and that both for praise and praise. Rice is my opportunity to correct mistakes and shortcomings, and I am always happy to do so. Praise and maybe 5 stars is just so amazingly nice.
